healthy foods...


Me and some friends are planning to keep fit. What’s the reason we wanted to keep fit? Some of them are because being laughed. Then for me, I wanted to join them is just because there are someone accompanying me to keep fit. No oily foods, soft drinks, noodles, snacks and rice for us. We can just only eat foods that won’t make us fat. Not only keep fit but must stay healthy.

This is the fried rice that I invented. The ingredients are rice, eggs and carrots.

Soft drinks

Noodles

Snacks

Oily foods..

We have to say NO the the foods above to stay healthy...
